Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a new mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect mails from one email box to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages according to certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the electronic mail account you wish to forward e-mails from, then select the target email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
